easier to order over the phone. Also - and I guess this isn't your fault, but Dockers sizes vary quite a bit. I've returned a size 36 waist previously that I couldn't even get into, and my last order is notably tighter at the waist than my previous two orders, both of which fit absolutely fine

I have used buy-jeans for some years now, and always found your service to be excellent. This time I placed an order on Christmas Eve. This was not a good idea as perhaps I should have foreseen because nothing happened for a long time.(Delivery here was 14 January, except by then I was abroad!) Maybe you could flag up the size of your Christmas break (and that of your suppliers)on the website next year?

I ordered two identical dockers jeans in different colours, and noticed one was different (not as good quality as the other). I was not sure if this was an updated product, or just from a different supplier, but was a little disappointed that it differed from the first item.

Product was delayed due to slow delivery by your supplier I had to ring to find out. V helpful when I rang however an email to advise would have been helpful.
