Due to some delivery problem with Levis jeans ordered were not available straight away. Customer service was fantastic 2 emails were received with progress of order and alternative also offered as we were prepared to wait until the new year for the specified jeans I was impressed to receive them before Xmas. I ordered two identical dockers jeans in different colours, and noticed one was different (not as good quality as the other). I was not sure if this was an updated product, or just from a different supplier, but was a little disappointed that it differed from the first item.
