With Premium Tailoring:

• The original hem is carefully removed above the seam
• Excess denim is cut from the inside
• The original hem is invisibly re-attached, preserving the original look

The result is a seamless finish that looks exactly as if the jeans were made to your measurements.

Tailoring adds a couple of extra working days before dispatch.

Returns

Tailored products can only be returned if faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• Payment methods accepted are credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
• PayPal "Pay in 3" is available for orders totalling £30 or more.

• UK delivery costs £3.99 for all orders.

• This product will be delivered the next working day if ordered before midday on a working day, otherwise it will be delivered the following working day.
• Please allow 2 or 3 extra working days for tailored items.
• If you order products with different delivery times they will normally be sent in separate parcels.

• Deliveries to the Isle of Wight and to Scottish Highlands and Islands may take 1 or 2 extra working days.
• Deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and BFPO may take several extra working days due to customs clearance.

• "Working days" are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
• All parcels are sent by Royal Mail. Occasionally we may need to use other parcel delivery companies.
• We always aim to deliver within the quoted timescales. However, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. As soon as we are aware of any issues, we will do our best to let customers know and keep them updated.
