The jeans purchased were actually tailored and I ordered untailored..... I decided to keep them as it was too much hassle to go through the returns process.
There was an error your end with the payment so the order had not gone through, we were not informed, we paid again then it was discovered we had paid twice! A lady from customer service did call back and apologise, a refund was issued and the order completed, error resolved.

I've been wearing Levis 501's for over 4 decades. I've always had to get them taken up which never looks professionally done. In comes Buy Jeans and finally we're sorted. I've always found the 501's a tad baggy so my last order was for 512, much better fit. So professionally tailored too.

Delayed delivery was not fault of Buy jeans and company dealt with it very well.

After having purchased many pairs of Levi 501 from this supplier I thought I would try the Wrangler brand which we used to wear in the 70s was very satisfied, they are well made and fit well, I also particularly like the fact they have a zip fly rather than the cumbersome metal buttons used by Levi’s 501 jeans.

I ordered two pairs one 28 length and it arrived and was 29 so too long then I ordered 27 which were ok.

Very impressed! I was looking for a very quick replacement for an item that wasn't the right fit for me. Your representative arranged for an immediate dispatch of a replacement (without my having to make another payment) together with a pre-paid return label. The replacement arrived next day. Sadly, they also were not the right fit for me so both were returned together.
So far I have purchased 4 pairs of jeans paying an extra £14 to have them customized to 33 inside leg. The tailoring has been excellent, as has the customer service. It's sometimes difficult to judge how dark the colour of jeans are from the picture's online. so can suggest to make it easier when looking for really dark blue jeans to rank them on there darkness.

I have used Buy Jeans many times; they are my go-to provider for jeans. This delivery took longer than normal because the sale price has reduced stock levels. While that might be bad, I was impressed with the information I received about the delay and the offer of a refund if I wanted to cancel the order.

Jeans price has increased considerably since first purchasing them! Alteration price hasn’t really but I find that reasonable for the work involved. Free delivery is excellent.

My last order was for a pair of 501's and they had some kind of staining/bleaching across the front which is only noticable under LED LIGHT !!! It is like splash marks caused by something during the manufacture process. I'm not TOO bothered as it appears only under certain lighting conditions but I'll be wary of my next order(s).

We went for a tailored solution and the only problem was that as we had the length adjusted, the jeans hadn't been taken in at the ends (only up), so they were a little bit like flares at the bottom.
